Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedule requests. Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their deposit.
Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may have their appointment canceled, as the full service can no longer be guaranteed. This will be considered a no-show and a no-show feewill apply.
